Complete this form if you made a legal Around The Post shot, other players witnessed it, an on-site Rogue representative can verify it, and you have not yet received your complimentary ATP shirt.
Step 2
Submit Your ATP Gallery Photo
Complete this form only after your shirt request has been approved and you have received your Rogue ATP shirt. Submit a clear photo of yourself wearing it to be considered for the ATP Gallery.
